Forms for Undergraduates - Registered Students Only

These forms are relevant to registered students of the College of Arts, Social Sciences, and Celtic Studies only. 

Absent Due to Personal Circumstances - use this form if you have to be absent from your course for non-medical reasons

Leave of Absence - use this form if you are taking a year's absence from your course.

Medical Information - use this form if you have to be absent from your course for medical reasons.

Deferral of Examinations - use this link to be redirected to the Exams office for advise on procedures for deferral of examinations. The application form is also available from this link. 

Research Postgraduate Forms and Links

T‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌‌ravel Bursary application form and Terms and Conditions for 2016/17 are available now. Applications are welcome from registered Research Postgraduate students, who wish to apply for the bursary, in respect of travel started and completed between 1st September 2016 and 31st August 2017.
